Two spaces. One design choice.

Color Slices: Versatile. Vibrant. Designed for healing.
Color slices are one of our most creative approaches to nature art. They’re little windows into the outdoors that line up to create something bold, vibrant, and soothing all at once. They combine multiple images by color, texture, or theme and are powerhouses when you have a large blank space that needs a positive distraction with all the perks.
One of the things clients love most about our Color Slice Collection is how versatile it is. The subject matter options are limitless. They’re a peaceful slice of nature that makes a splash in any space, on every substrate.
Whether it’s brightening a cafeteria with a series of large canvases or adding life to a corridor as a full-color environmental graphic, color slices bring nature indoors in stand-out ways.
1. Lunch with a Side of Calm
- Cafeteria Before Artwork.
- Cafeteria Final Installation.
We worked with UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central to create a custom color slice printed on six 48”W x 36”H gallery-wrapped canvases.
Each piece was triple-coated with a laminate (10% bleach cleanable for healthcare) and reinforced with medium-density fiberboard backing for extra support and longevity, because beautiful art should be as durable as it is calming.
The color slice was installed in their busy cafeteria to create an uplifting environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
The result was a soothing visual, offering the healing elements of nature that improve outcomes (hey, the research doesn’t lie), and giving plenty of calming distractions for anyone entering the space.
2. A Walk in Nature
- Hallway before artwork.
Another recent project, this one with Lenae Design, LLC, used color slices to turn a long corridor into something truly inspiring that brought nature indoors. Instead of just being a plain hallway to pass through, the space now offers moments of calm and connection, even in the middle of a busy day.
